A “Delivered” scan indicates the carrier delivered the package to the address provided. Maven Labs is not responsible for packages that go missing after this scan. Consider using a secure delivery address if theft is a concern.

11. Do you accept returns, edits, or cancellations?

No. Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Maven Labs does not offer returns, cancellations, exchanges, or order edits once payment is submitted.

12. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
