Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by Maven Labs. We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All materials are supplied for laboratory, in-vitro, and educational research use only by qualified professionals aged 21 years or older. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Refund & Returns Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Research Disclaimer.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after the carrier’s daily cut-off time may be processed the following business day. Pre-order or back-ordered items will ship once available.

2. Packaging & Temperature Considerations

All shipments are packed securely for standard transit conditions. Maven Labs does not use insulated, temperature-controlled, or climate-regulated packaging. Some research materials may be sensitive to temperature; customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly upon delivery. Maven Labs is not responsible for temperature-related degradation during or after transit.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Orders are shipped using reputable U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on location, availability, and order type. Transit times and delivery estimates are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, operational issues, or other factors beyond Maven Labs’ control.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot modify or reroute packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment fees will apply. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

5. Delivery Confirmation, Loss & Theft

A carrier scan marked “Delivered” constitutes official delivery to the address provided. Maven Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after the carrier’s delivery scan. If package theft is common in your area, consider shipping to a secure pickup location.

6. Optional Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and must be added at checkout prior to shipment. Insurance may cover loss or damage in transit according to the insurer’s documentation and verification requirements. If insurance is not selected, Maven Labs is not responsible for replacement, reimbursement, or compensation once the carrier accepts the shipment. 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives with visible damage or appears to contain an incorrect item, contact support@mavenlabresearch.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Batch code (if available)
  • Clear photos of packaging and contents
  • A brief description of the issue

If verified, Maven Labs may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds and cryptocurrency reversals are not available.

8. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

Refused or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned to Maven Labs, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense, subject to product condition and chain-of-custody requirements.

9. Force Majeure

Maven Labs is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, or technical outages. Such events do not entitle the customer to refunds or cancellations.
