2. Research-Use Restriction (Strictly Non-Human Use)

All materials sold by Maven Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory, in-vitro, and educational research use. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic application, diagnostic use, or veterinary use.

By placing an order, you certify that you:

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Insurance

Maven Labs ships within the United States only. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • Carrier “Delivered” scans are considered proof of delivery.
  • Maven Labs is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
  • Optional shipping insurance must be selected at checkout to receive coverage.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, Maven Labs does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstance.
